Our Fees
Our initial letting and advertising fee is from £474.00 including 20% VAT. Our ongoing management commission is only 10% plus VAT.
We make an administrative charge of £135.00 including 20% VAT for each renewal of an existing agreement.
Should you prefer to manage the property yourself, we offer a Tenant Finding Service which includes preparation of the Tenancy Agreement, collection of the first month's rent and deposit. The cost of this service is from £120 per tenant including VAT.
We charge a one off fee of £120.00 including 20% VAT for a full inventory check for managed landlords. If you are looking for a tenant find service we can offer a full inventory check for £150 including 20% VAT (Unfurnished) and £175 including 20% VAT (Fully Furnished).
