How To Book and Secure a Property

To secure a tenancy agreement full deposit needs to be paid, complete Accommodation Application Form, provide 2 valid photographic Identification and further documents are applicable for accepting the property. 

After a Student Accommodation commitment has been reserved some time will be offered to complete the whole booking process.

Most of student contracts vary between 48 - 52 weeks.

Bank transfers are accepted for rent payments.

Completed guarantor forms with valid guarantor proof, which the guarantor agrees to cover the cost of the rent should the tenant be unable to cover the rent for any reason.

The above items are necessary and to be submitted within the time frame agreed starting of booking process to complete a tenancy agreement. If the prospective group or even if a single member from the group fails to submit the requested items listed above then Elite Lets on behalf of the landlord reserve the right to terminate the booking as the property is let subject to above items being submitted within the time frame set from beginning of the booking process.

IN-HOUSE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.

If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We have eight weeks to consider your compliant. If we have not resolved it within this time you may refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman.

What will happen next?

• We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
• We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the office manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of your investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.
• If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff.
• We will write to you within 6-12 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.
